JIP Integrated Services Ltd is an independent contractor to the up-stream, down-stream and private sector; incorporated on the 5th day of September, 2014.
It is the policy of our company to provide Engineering, Materials Procurement, Logistics Services and Equipment Supply from our consolidated point (overseas) to our delivery site (Nigeria) for up-stream, down-stream and private sectors. We strive to deliver quality and cost effective services that would meet the overall needs of our customers. We give total commitment to customer satisfaction, safety and excellent community relationship will be the basis for securing future growth and generating option returns to stake holders.
The company’s success is based on engaging fully with clients to understand their requirements and then delivering the project within budget and ahead of schedule based on cost effective and technically robust engineering.
The company also represents Original Equipment Manufacturer (O.E.M). We also carry out Engineering Construction, Dredging, Oil Remediation, Water Maintenance, Expediting and Inspection services.
We have a well developed technical partnership with a U.K based outfit OPTSOL LIMITED.
Our History
JIP Integrated Services Ltd has never had any financial disputes with any Operator in the Oil and Gas industry.
We are a highly professional company that adheres strictly to all operational laws, codes and standards observed in the Oil & Gas industry. We are also known for our outstanding track record to maintain international standards in all the work we do.
We categorically want to state that we would continue to improve in the provision of our services to all operators in the Oil & Gas industry and would completely avoid any situation that would lead to any financial disputes.

Our Financial Capacity
JIP Integrated Services Ltd can fund given projects 100%. We have sufficient financial resources and can arrange short and long term funds from various financial institutions, as the case may be. We can also utilize cash-in i.e. progress payments from the projects in execution.
We strongly believe in providing financial assurances to our clients and customers and to this end will usually adopt the most suitable financial package to suit the requirements of the supplier and the end user. This includes the provision of ‘Letters of Credit’, Bank Guarantees, and in certain cases ‘Bridge Financing’.
Being an indigenous organization, we have an adequate asset base that can provide the needed collateral cushion required by financial institutions.

In order to maintain an efficient working system, an effective communication network is a must for us. For this reason, we have setup a state of the art communication network system, complete with electronic mail facility to work closely with our associates around the world.
Our IDD telephone system, secure email system, and wireless network ensure we can get in touch with manufacturers all over the world at the touch of a button, thus ensuring the expedition of your orders or enquiries. In addition to these are VHF Radios for swift communication with staff at various locations.
